How to Submit Documents for Police Verification Certificate (PVC) in Telangana

Step 1: Gather Required Documents

Identity Proof: Choose any one of the following and scan a copy:

  • Aadhar Card (UID)
  • Voter ID / Electoral ID Card
  • PAN Card

Residence Proof: Select any one of the following and scan a copy:

  • Aadhar Card (UID)
  • Voter ID / Electoral ID Card
  • Ration Card
  • Bank Account Pass Book
  • Residential Certificate from MRO

Affidavit of Residential Address: Obtain a Rs. 20/- Non-Judicial Stamp Paper and prepare an affidavit stating your permanent address. Scan the affidavit.

Education / Study Certificate (If Student): If you're a student, scan a copy of your education or study certificate.

Previous Employment Certificate (If Applicable): If you were previously employed, scan a copy of your employment certificate.

Step 2: Scan Documents

Scan each of the above-listed documents separately. Ensure that the scanned copies are clear and legible.

Step 3: Prepare Passport Size Photos

Prepare four passport size photos of yourself. Make sure the photos are taken in a light background while wearing light-colored clothes. Black or dark-colored clothes are not accepted.

A verifying officer will conduct an in-person verification where you'll need to present the originals of all submitted documents.
