How to Search and View License Applications with Reports in the e-Licence System

This guide explains how to search and view license applications using the "Reports" section on the e-Licence system of the Haryana Town and Country Planning Department.

Steps:

Login to your e-Licence Account: Go to the department's website and log in using your registered username and password.

Access Reports Section: Locate the option labeled "Reports" or similar wording on the dashboard. Refer to "Screen 11" of the User Manual for a possible location (although we cannot see the actual screen).

Filter Applications (Optional):

  • The system might provide filter criteria in the upper section of the report panel as mentioned in "Screen 12" (content not visible).
  • Use these filters (e.g., District, Development Plan, Purpose) to narrow down the list and find specific applications.

View Application List:

  • After applying filters (if desired), you will see a list of all applications filed online on the left side of the report panel (refer to "Screen 12").

Search Within List (Optional):

  • The right side of the report panel might offer a search bar where you can enter keywords to find specific applications within the displayed list.

View Application Details (Possible):

  • Clicking on an application from the list might allow you to preview its details, similar to viewing submitted applications (refer to the previous guide).

Exporting Application Data (Possible):

  • The middle section of the report panel (left side) might offer options to export the list of applications in different formats:
    • PDF
    • Excel (.xls)
    • Plain Text (.txt)

Benefits of Using Reports:

  • Quickly find specific applications based on various criteria.
  • Generate reports for further analysis or record-keeping.
