Steps to Reset Your Password
Open the Nemours App
- Start by launching the Nemours app on your mobile device.
Select "Forgot your username or password?"
- On the login screen, tap on "Forgot your username or password?".
Fill in Your Information

Check Your Email for an Access Code
- After submitting your information, check your email inbox for an access code. If you don't see it, make sure to check your junk or spam folders.
Enter the Access Code in the App
- Return to the Nemours app and enter the access code you received via email.
Create a New Password
