Step 2: Enter Username

Provide Your Username:

In the Forgot Password screen, enter the username that you use to log into the portal.
Click on the "Get OTP" button.

Validate Username:

If the entered username is valid, you will see a confirmation screen. Click on the "Ok" button to proceed.

Step 3: Receive and Enter OTP

Receive OTP:

Enter OTP and New Password:

- Minimum 8 characters and maximum 20 characters.
- Must contain at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number, and 1 special character.
Confirm your new password by entering it again.

Step 5: Log in with New Password

- Enter your username and the new password you have just set.
