How to Reset Your Kroger Partner Pass Password If You Forgot It
For suppliers and partners who work with Kroger, accessing your account through Partner Pass is essential. However, if you've forgotten your password, it can be a bit challenging to regain access. Fortunately, Kroger has made it easy to reset your password. Follow this step-by-step guide to recover your Kroger Partner Pass account:
Step 1: Access the Partner Pass Login Page
Step 2: Enter Your Email Address
- On the login screen, you’ll be prompted to enter your email address.
- Enter the email address associated with your Kroger Partner Pass account in the provided field (A).
- Click the "Next" button (B) to proceed.
Step 3: Click the "Forgot Password?" Link
- If you cannot remember your password, click the "Forgot Password?" link (C) located below the password entry field.
Step 4: Confirm Your Identity
- Kroger will ask you to confirm your identity. You will see a prompt on your device asking you to confirm that it’s you attempting to reset the password.
- Click "Yes, it’s me" on your device to proceed.
Step 5: Answer the Security Question
- You will be taken to the Partner Pass screen where you need to answer your security question (D).
- Enter the correct answer and click the "Verify" button (E) to continue.
Step 6: Reset Your Password
- After successfully verifying your identity, you will be asked to reset your password.
- Follow the on-screen password requirements and enter your new password in the provided field (F).
- Re-enter your new password in the confirmation field (G) to ensure accuracy.
- Once you've entered and confirmed your new password, click the "Reset Password" button (H).
Step 7: Log In to Your Account
- Congratulations! You have successfully reset your Kroger Partner Pass password. You can now log in to your account using your new credentials.
