• Registered Mobile Number: The mobile number associated with your eKALYAN account.
• User Type: Indicate whether you are a student, college/institution, school, or official.

Step 1: Access the Forgot Password Page

1. Visit the eKALYAN Jharkhand website.
2. Click on "More Links" in the navigation menu.
3. Select "Forgot Password" from the dropdown.

Step 2: Select Your User Type

1. Choose the radio button that corresponds to your user type:
   • Institution/College
   • Candidate (Student)
   • School
   • Official

Step 3: Enter Your Mobile Number

1. Type your registered mobile number in the field labeled "Enter Mobile No."
2. Ensure the number is correct and the same one you used during registration.

Step 4: Initiate Password Reset

Click on the appropriate button based on your user type:

• "Get OTP": For students, colleges/institutions, and schools.
• "Get User Details": For officials.

For Students, Colleges/Institutions, and Schools:

• You will receive an OTP (One-Time Password) on your registered mobile number.
• Enter the OTP in the provided field.

For Officials:

• Your user ID will be displayed. Use this to proceed with the password reset process.
