How to Reset Your CloudBlue Connect Password: A Simple Guide for Users

If you're a CloudBlue Connect user and you've forgotten your password, don't worry! This guide will show you exactly how to reset it in just a few simple steps. Whether you've lost access to your account or need to update your password for security reasons, we've got you covered.

Step 1: Click "Forgot Password"

To start the password reset process, go to the CloudBlue Connect login page. Just below the password input field, you'll see the "Forgot Password" option. Click on it to proceed.

Step 2: Enter Your Email Address

After clicking "Forgot Password," you'll be prompted to enter the email address associated with your CloudBlue Connect account. Type in your email address and click "Send."

Step 3: Check Your Email for the Confirmation Code

The system will send a confirmation code to your email. It's important to check your inbox, and if you don't see the email, make sure to look in your spam or junk folder. The email will come from no-reply@connect.cloudblue.com.

Step 4: Enter the Confirmation Code

Once you have the confirmation code, go back to the CloudBlue Connect platform and enter it in the space provided. Then, click "Next."

Step 5: Create a New Password

Now it's time to create a new password. Make sure your new password meets the following criteria:

  • At least 8 characters long
  • Includes letters in both upper and lower case
  • Contains a number and a special character
  • Avoid using more than 2 identical characters in a row
  • Your new password should not be the same as any of your last 10 passwords

After setting your new password, click "Next" to complete the process.
