Visit the BCeID Account Recovery Page
To start the password recovery process, go to the BCeID account recovery page at https://www.bceid.ca/clp/account_recovery.aspx.
Enter Your User ID
On the account recovery page, enter your BCeID user ID. This step is crucial to identify your account within the system.
Answer Your Password Reset Questions
You will be prompted to answer the security questions you set up when you created your account. These questions help verify your identity and protect your account from unauthorized access.
Enter the Confirmation Code
After answering the security questions, a confirmation code will be sent to the email associated with your BCeID account. Enter this code on the account recovery page to proceed.
Complete the CAPTCHA
To ensure you are not a robot, you’ll need to complete a CAPTCHA by entering the characters displayed in an image. If the image is unclear, you can refresh it to generate a new one.
Click "Continue"

Create a New Password
