How to Reset Ultra Device Password: A Complete Guide for InVid Tech Users
If you've forgotten the password for your Ultra Device, there's no need to worry. This guide will walk you through the simple steps to reset it using the SADP tool and help from InVid Tech's technical support team.
Steps to Reset the Ultra Device Password
Connect Your PC to the Same Network as the Device:
- Ensure that your PC is connected to the same network as the Ultra Device, or connect the device directly to your PC.
- Run the SADP tool on your PC.
Locate and Select Your Device:
- Open the SADP tool and locate your Ultra Device from the list of connected devices.
- Select the device and click the "Forgot Password" button.
Export the Reset File:
- A new window will open in the SADP tool.
- Click on the "Export" button to save the file.
- This file will need to be sent to InVid Tech’s technical support team.
Send the Exported File to Technical Support:
- Contact InVid Tech’s technical support and send them the exported file.
- They will provide you with a new reset file via email.
Import the New Reset File and Set a New Password:
