How to Register and Obtain Marriage Certificate on Haryana's Shaadi Portal

Welcome to the comprehensive guide on using the shaadi.edisha.gov.in portal for marriage registration and obtaining your marriage certificate issued by the Government of Haryana. This user manual will walk you through each step to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.

1. Registration on Portal

Visit the Portal: Access the URL shaadi.edisha.gov.in and click on the 'Account' tab, then select 'Register' for new user registration.

Fill Registration Form: Enter valid details and click 'Send OTP'. Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number and click 'Register'. A confirmation link will be sent to your registered email. Click this link to activate your login.

2. Login to Portal

Sign In: Click on 'Account' and then 'Sign In'. Use your registered username and password.

Forgot Password: If needed, click 'Forgot Password', enter your registered email ID, and follow the instructions in the reset email.

3. Marriage Registration Form

Initiate New Registration: Click 'New Registration' to access the marriage application form.

Fill Details: Enter marriage registration specifics, select the Marriage Registration Act, and provide the date of marriage.

Enter Family IDs: Mandatory for Haryana residents, input complete details of both bride and groom's Family IDs.

4. Upload Documents

1. Attach Required Documents: Fill all necessary fields and upload required documents. Click 'Save' to store details.

5. Reset Marriage Registration

1. Delete Application: Under 'My Registrations', click 'Delete Application' (available before payment) to remove and reapply if necessary.

6. Marriage Registration Fee Payment

Payment Details: Navigate to 'My Registrations' and click 'Payment Details'.

Proceed with Payment: Confirm details, then click 'Proceed Payment' to initiate fee payment.

7. Book Appointment

Schedule Verification: In 'My Registrations', click 'Book Appointment' to schedule an appointment for verification.

Select Date: Choose a suitable date from the calendar.
