If you have the SureVision Smartphone app installed, you can quickly reset your device password using the "Forgot Device Password" option found under the Local Config menu. Follow the prompts to reset your password directly through the app.
If the app method is not an option, begin the recovery process by clicking the "Forgot Password" button on your SureVision device. This will initiate the process to reset your password.
To proceed with the password recovery, you will need to obtain a temporary password from SureVision’s technical support team. Here’s how to do it:
