3.1 Forgot User Name

  1. Enter your GSTIN (Goods and Services Tax Identification Number).
  2. Complete the Captcha challenge by entering the characters displayed in the image.

3.2 Forgot Password

  1. Enter your Username.
  2. Complete the Captcha challenge by entering the characters displayed in the image.
  3. Click on Submit. You will receive an OTP (One-Time Password) on your registered mobile number.
  4. Enter the OTP and follow the instructions to reset your password.

3.3 Forgot Transin ID

  1. Enter your GSTIN or Username.
  2. Complete the Captcha challenge by entering the characters displayed in the image.

Step 4: Submit the Form

After entering the required information, click on the Submit button. The system will process your request and provide instructions on the next steps.

Step 5: Follow the Instructions

Follow the on-screen instructions to recover your credentials. This may involve verifying your identity using an OTP sent to your registered mobile number or email address.
