Step 1: Access the Forgot Credentials Page
First, open your web browser and navigate to the E-Way Bill System's Forgot Credentials page:

Step 2: Choose the Credential to Recover
On the Forgot Credentials page, you will see three options:
- Forgot User Name
- Forgot Password
- Forgot Transin ID
Select the appropriate option by clicking the corresponding radio button.
Step 3: Enter Required Information
Depending on the option you selected, you will need to provide specific information:
3.1 Forgot User Name
- Enter your GSTIN (Goods and Services Tax Identification Number).
- Complete the Captcha challenge by entering the characters displayed in the image.
3.2 Forgot Password
- Enter your Username.
- Complete the Captcha challenge by entering the characters displayed in the image.
- Click on Submit. You will receive an OTP (One-Time Password) on your registered mobile number.
- Enter the OTP and follow the instructions to reset your password.
3.3 Forgot Transin ID
- Enter your GSTIN or Username.
- Complete the Captcha challenge by entering the characters displayed in the image.
Step 4: Submit the Form
After entering the required information, click on the Submit button. The system will process your request and provide instructions on the next steps.
Step 5: Follow the Instructions
Follow the on-screen instructions to recover your credentials. This may involve verifying your identity using an OTP sent to your registered mobile number or email address.

- Ensure you enter the correct GSTIN, Username, and Captcha details.
