How to Reactivate a Deactivated LPG Connection

If your LPG connection has been deactivated due to inactivity, reactivating it is a straightforward process. This guide will walk you through the steps required to fill out the reactivation form and provide the necessary documentation to get your LPG connection up and running again.

Step 1: Download the Reactivation Form

First, download the reactivation form from the Bharat Gas website here.

Step 2: Fill Out the Form

Complete the form with the following details:

Distributor Information:

  • To: Name of Distributor

Consumer Information:

  • Consumer Number: _______________________
  • Name of Consumer:
    • First Name: _______________________
    • Middle Name: _______________________
    • Last Name: _______________________

Reason for Not Availing Refills for More Than 6 Months:

  • Tick the appropriate reason:
    • □ Small Family Size and Low Consumption
    • □ Temporarily Out of Station
    • □ Any Other Reason (If other, mention details)

Signature and Date:

  • Signature: _______________________
  • Date: _______________________

Step 3: Fill in the KYC Form

As part of the reactivation process, you will also need to fill in the KYC form. Ensure you have the necessary documents for proof of identity (POI) and proof of address (POA).

Step 4: Submit the Form

Submit the completed reactivation form and the KYC form to your LPG distributor. Make sure to include any additional documentation that supports your reason for not availing refills.
