Option 1: Using the ePay Portal

Step 1: Open the ePay Portal

Visit the official ePay portal: https://pay.ecourts.gov.in/epay/.

Step 2: Choose Payment Type and District

  • Select "Court Fees" as the payment type.
  • Choose "Uttar Pradesh" as the state, and then select the relevant district and court establishment.

Step 3: Enter Case Details

For new cases:

  • Enter the party name, amount of court fees, purpose of the court fees, and your mobile number.

For existing cases:

  • Enter the case number, filing number, or CNR number and click "GO".
  • Verify the case details that appear.

Step 4: Generate OTP

  • Select the checkbox for "I Agree to the above Terms and Conditions".
  • Click "Generate OTP" and enter the OTP received on your mobile.

Step 5: Proceed with Payment

  • You will be redirected to the payment system page managed by Stock Holding Corporation of India Ltd.
  • Choose your preferred payment mode (Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI) and accept the terms and conditions.
  • Complete the payment process and print the acknowledgment slip for proof.
