Fill Out the Applicant Details:
- Complete the form with your name, gender, mobile number, and the name of the seller/donor/lessee. Include relevant personal details such as your father's/mother's/husband's name, e-mail ID, PAN, and Aadhar card numbers.
Address Details:
- Provide detailed address information including state, district, sub-division, circle office, village/town, post office, police station, mouza, ward, and GP.
Information on the Property:
- Fill in details about the property being transferred, including the name of the buyer/receiver, location details (village, ward, mouza, patta, dag number), area, class of land, purpose of the sale or transfer, rate per bigha, and total value.
Attach Supporting Documents:
- Prepare and attach all required documents:
- Affidavits from both seller and purchaser.
- Passport-size photographs of both parties.
- NOC from co-pattadars with a photocopy of their ID.
