• Download Form 34 from here or get a physical copy from your local Registering Authority.

Step 2: Fill Out the Form

• To: Address the application to the Registering Authority of your jurisdiction.
• Vehicle Details: Enter your vehicle's registration number.
• Agreement Details: Provide information about the agreement of hire-purchase, lease, or hypothecation, including the name and address of the financier, and agreement or loan account number.
• Contact Information: Enter your mobile number.
• Enclosures: Attach the certificate of registration and the required fee.
