How to Make an Application as a Mentor on the GOAL Portal

The GOAL (Going Online As Leaders) program seeks experienced mentors to guide and support tribal youth. Follow this step-by-step guide to apply as a mentor on the GOAL Portal.

Visit the Website

• Go to www.goal.tribal.gov.in

Apply as Mentor

• Click on the "Apply as Mentor" button.

• Fill out all fields marked with a red asterisk (*) as they are compulsory.

First Page of Mentor Application: Personal Details - Part 1

1. Personal Information
   • Enter your First and Last Name (Middle name is optional).
   • Select your Gender and Date of Birth.

1. Address Details
   • Select your State from the dropdown menu.
   • Select your District, Sub-District, and Village from the respective dropdown menus.
   • Enter your complete address in the provided space.

1. Contact Information
   • Enter your Email ID (e.g., abhinay54@ABC.com).
   • Enter your Mobile Number for communication.
   • If your residential address is the same as your permanent address, select the checkbox for "Same as residential address."

1. Additional Information
   • Answer the three optional questions to increase your selection chances.
   • Indicate if you are nominated by any authority or institution from the dropdown list. If not, select "No."

Second Page of Mentor Application: General Details – Part 1

1. Employment Status
   • Indicate if you are currently working. If yes, provide details such as years of experience and type of occupation from the dropdown menu.
   • Confirm if you are an entrepreneur or an industry professional.

Second Page of Mentor Application: General Details – Part 2

1. Educational Background
   • Provide information about your education level from the dropdown menu.
   • Specify your field of interest and related sub-interest for the mentoring program.

Second Page of Mentor Application: General Details – Part 4

1. Work Experience
   • Provide a summary of your work experience in about 100 words.
   • Upload your latest resume or provide a weblink to your resume.

Document Upload

• Click on "Choose File" to select the relevant file from your computer.
• After selecting the file, click on "Open" to upload it. The selected file will be reflected in the upload bar.
• Ensure all required documents are uploaded correctly.
