How to Join the PAHAL (DBTL) Scheme for LPG Subsidy
The PAHAL (Direct Benefit Transfer for LPG) Scheme ensures that LPG subsidies are directly transferred to consumers' bank accounts. This guide will walk you through the process of joining the PAHAL (DBTL) Scheme, including how to fill out the joining form and submit the necessary documents.
Step-by-Step Process to Join the PAHAL (DBTL) Scheme
Download the Joining Form:
- Access the PAHAL (DBTL) Scheme Joining Form from here.
Fill Out the Consumer Details:
- Distributor/Bank: Enter the name of your LPG distributor or bank.
- Distributor/BP No.: Provide your distributor or bank point number.
- Date: Enter the current date.
- LPG Consumer No.: Provide your LPG consumer number.
- LPG ID: Enter your 17-digit LPG ID.
- Mobile No.: Provide your mobile number.
- Email ID: Enter your email address (if applicable).
- Bank Account No.: Provide your bank account number.
- Bank Name: Enter the name of your bank.
- Bank Branch Address: Provide the address of your bank branch.
- Aadhaar No.: Enter your Aadhaar number (if applicable).
Select Your Option:
- Option 1: If you have Aadhaar, tick the appropriate box and fill out Part A, B, and C.
- Option 2: If you don’t have Aadhaar, tick the appropriate box and fill out Part A and C, and submit KYC details.
- Option 3: If you don’t want subsidy on LPG, tick the appropriate box and fill out Part A only.
Part A: LPG Connection Details
- Attach a copy of the Cash Memo, Blue Book, or certificate from the distributor.
- Fill in the required details including your LPG Consumer No., LPG ID, and KYC ID.
Part B: Aadhaar Card Details
- Attach a copy of your Aadhaar card.
- Fill in your Aadhaar number and name as per Aadhaar card.
Part C: Bank Account Details
- Attach a copy of your passbook, bank statement, or cancelled cheque.
- Provide your bank details including the bank name, branch name, account holder’s name, and IFSC code.
