How to Generate Reports on Submitted CLU Applications in Haryana's e-CLU System

This guide explains how to generate reports on your previously submitted Change of Land Use (CLU) applications through the e-CLU system implemented by the Town and Country Planning Department (TCPD) of Haryana.

Pre-requisites:

  • You must have a registered account on the e-CLU website.
  • You should have already submitted at least one CLU application.

Website: While the exact URL might not be publicly available, this guide will assume the website is [www.tcpharyana.gov.in](replace with actual website when available).

Steps to Generate Reports:

Login:

  • Visit the official e-CLU website ([www.tcpharyana.gov.in](replace with actual website when available)).
  • Enter your registered email ID and password on the login screen.
  • Click the "Login" button to access your Dashboard.

Access Reports Section:

  • On the Dashboard, locate the section titled "Reports" (refer to Section 5.0 of the User Manual).

Filter Applications (Optional):

  • The "Reports" section might provide a filter criteria panel (See Screen-10).
  • You can use these filters to narrow down the list of applications included in your report.
  • Common filter options might include:
    • District
    • Development Plan
    • Purpose of Land Use Change
  • Leave the filters empty to generate a report on all your submitted applications.

Export Report Data:

  • The "Reports" section will likely display a list of your submitted CLU applications (See Screen-10).
  • On the left side of the report panel, you will find options to export this list in different formats (See Screen-12):
    • CSV (Comma-Separated Values): This is a common spreadsheet format that can be opened by most spreadsheet software.
    • Excel: This option might export the data in a Microsoft Excel format.
    • Plain Text: This is a basic text file format.

Preview Application Details (Optional):

  • Click on a specific application in the list to view its details (functionality might vary).

Additional Information:

  • The report might display a summary of each application, including details similar to those mentioned in the previous guide on viewing applications.
  • The e-CLU system might offer additional functionalities within the "Reports" section. Refer to the official resources for the latest information.

Refer to Official Resources:

  • For the most up-to-date information, consult the official e-CLU user manual (if available). The user manual might provide more specific details on generating reports.
