How to Generate Reports on Submitted CLU Applications in Haryana's e-CLU System
This guide explains how to generate reports on your previously submitted Change of Land Use (CLU) applications through the e-CLU system implemented by the Town and Country Planning Department (TCPD) of Haryana.
Pre-requisites:
- You must have a registered account on the e-CLU website.
- You should have already submitted at least one CLU application.

Steps to Generate Reports:
Login:
- Visit the official e-CLU website ([www.tcpharyana.gov.in](replace with actual website when available)).
- Enter your registered email ID and password on the login screen.
- Click the "Login" button to access your Dashboard.
Access Reports Section:
- On the Dashboard, locate the section titled "Reports" (refer to Section 5.0 of the User Manual).
Filter Applications (Optional):
- The "Reports" section might provide a filter criteria panel (See Screen-10).
- You can use these filters to narrow down the list of applications included in your report.
- Common filter options might include:
- District
- Development Plan
- Purpose of Land Use Change
- Leave the filters empty to generate a report on all your submitted applications.

- On the left side of the report panel, you will find options to export this list in different formats (See Screen-12):
- CSV (Comma-Separated Values): This is a common spreadsheet format that can be opened by most spreadsheet software.

- Plain Text: This is a basic text file format.
Preview Application Details (Optional):
- Click on a specific application in the list to view its details (functionality might vary).
