- Original Sales Invoice: This should specify the product, date of purchase, and date of delivery.
- Delivery Receipt: This will verify the delivery date, which is important for calculating the warranty period.

Step 3: Determine Eligibility for Warranty Claim
Ensure your television’s issue falls under the warranty coverage. LG’s limited warranty does NOT cover the following:
- Damage caused by improper installation or use.
