Jebel Ali Free Zone (Jafza) offers a streamlined process for companies to establish a branch within the free zone. This guide outlines the required documents and steps involved for different company types.

Required Documents:

The documents required will vary depending on whether you are establishing a branch of a UAE-based company, an overseas company, or a Free Zone Establishment (FZE) / Free Zone Company (FZCO).

Additional Documents (Branch of UAE-Based Company):

  • UAE Company License Copy and List of Partners

Additional Documents (Branch of Overseas Company):

  • Copy of Certificate of Incorporation and List of Partners or Directors of the Parent Company

Additional Documents (FZE / FZCO (Non-Individual Shareholders)):

  • Copy of Certificate of Incorporation and List of Partners or Directors (or UAE Company License for UAE companies)

Additional Documents (FZE / FZCO (Individual Shareholders)):

  • Valid Passport Copies with Residence Visas (if any) for Shareholders, Directors, Secretary & Manager
