Required Documents:
The documents required will vary depending on whether you are establishing a branch of a UAE-based company, an overseas company, or a Free Zone Establishment (FZE) / Free Zone Company (FZCO).

Additional Documents (Branch of UAE-Based Company):
- UAE Company License Copy and List of Partners
Additional Documents (Branch of Overseas Company):
- Copy of Certificate of Incorporation and List of Partners or Directors of the Parent Company
Additional Documents (FZE / FZCO (Non-Individual Shareholders)):
- Copy of Certificate of Incorporation and List of Partners or Directors (or UAE Company License for UAE companies)
Additional Documents (FZE / FZCO (Individual Shareholders)):
