Step 1: Access the Enrollment Page

  1. Open your web browser and navigate to the E-Way Bill System's enrollment page: E-Way Bill System Enrollment

Step 2: Select Your State

  1. In the Select Your State section, choose your state from the dropdown menu.

Step 3: Enter Your Legal Name

  1. In the Legal Name section, enter your name as it appears on your PAN card.
  2. Optionally, you can enter your Trade Name if applicable.

Step 4: Enter Your PAN

  1. In the PAN section, enter your PAN number.
  2. Click on Validate to verify your PAN details.

Step 5: Select the Type of Enrollment

  1. Choose the appropriate option for your business type (e.g., Warehouse/Depot, Godown, Cold Storage, Transport services).

Step 6: Provide Business Constitution

  1. In the Constitution of Business section, select the appropriate option from the dropdown menu.

Step 7: Enter Principal Place of Business Details

Address

  1. Enter the Building No./Flat No., Floor No., Name of the Premises/Building, Road/Street, City/Town/Locality/Village, Taluka/Block, District, and PIN Code.

State

  1. Select your state from the dropdown menu.

Latitude and Longitude (optional)

  1. If applicable, enter the latitude and longitude of your business location.

Contact Information

  1. Enter your Email Address and Telephone Number with STD code.
  2. Optionally, enter your Fax Number with STD code.

Nature of Premises

  1. Choose the appropriate option for the nature of your business premises (e.g., Own, Leased, Rented, Consent, Shared, Others).

Step 8: Enter Proprietor or Main Person Details

  1. Enter the Name of the Proprietor or Main Person of the Company/Firm.
  2. Enter the Mobile Number and click on Send OTP.
  3. Verify the OTP by entering it in the Verify OTP field and clicking on Verify OTP.

Step 9: Create Login Details

  1. In the Login Details section, create a Username and click on Check to ensure its availability.
  2. Enter a Password and confirm it by entering it again in the Confirm Password field.

Step 10: Complete Verification

  1. Check the box to verify the declaration.
  2. Enter the Captcha code displayed on the screen.

Step 11: Submit the Form

  1. Click on the Save button to submit your enrollment form.

  • Ensure all required fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are filled correctly.
  • Double-check your PAN details and other critical information before submitting.
