Steps to Apply:

Understand the Requirements: Before applying, make sure you meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the notification. This includes being a retired Senior Civil/Electrical/Mechanical/Environmental Engineer or a serving/retired faculty member of government engineering colleges/NITs/government research institutes with experience in solid waste and liquid/used waste management.

Prepare Your Application: Compile all necessary documents, such as your resume, certificates, and any other supporting materials, into a single consolidated PDF file. Ensure the file size does not exceed 10MB.

Await Selection: After the submission deadline, eligible candidates will be shortlisted based on an interview by a competent committee. Empanelment as an SQM does not guarantee permanent engagement or a fixed salary scale.

Sign the Code of Conduct: If selected, you will be required to sign a code of conduct provided in Annexure-IV.

Engagement as SQM: Upon selection, you'll be engaged as an SQM for field inspections of solid waste and liquid/used waste management projects across West Bengal. You'll also participate in training programs organized by the SBM(U) Cell.
