Specimen Requirements
- Type: Cerebrospinal Fluid (CSF).
- Volume: 1 mL preferred; 0.5 mL minimum.
- Container: Sterile vial, preferably vial 2.
Specimen Stability
- Refrigerated (Preferred): 14 days.
- Frozen: 14 days.
