How to Contact for Reappearance in NQAS External Assessors' Post Training Evaluation

If you are a candidate from a previous batch who did not succeed in the NQAS (National Quality Assurance Standards) External Assessors’ post-training evaluation and have not yet utilized your two supplementary chances within one year of participation, here's how you can reappear for the evaluation:

Step 1: Email Intimation

• Send an email to nqas.eat@nhsrcindia.org.
• Ensure to attach your biodata form (referenced as 'Annexure A') along with your email.
• The deadline for sending this email is by the 13th of December 2023.

Step 2: Biodata Form Submission

• Fill out the biodata form completely and accurately. This form serves as a vital document for your reevaluation process.
• Attach the filled-out biodata form to your email. Make sure it is labeled as 'Annexure A'.
• Double-check that all information provided is correct and up-to-date.

Step 3: Post Training Evaluation Date

• Mark your calendar for the post-training evaluation date: 16th December 2023 (Saturday), starting at 09:00 AM.
• The evaluation will take place at the Theatre (First Floor) of the National Health Systems Resource Centre, located in New Delhi.

Note: Travel and Accommodation

• Please be aware that the travel, boarding, and lodging expenses for this reevaluation are not covered by NHSRC (National Health Systems Resource Centre).
• Candidates are responsible for arranging their own travel and accommodation arrangements.
