Method 1: Reset Your Password

This method allows you to reset your password if you have forgotten it.

Access the Password Reset Page:

• Click here or enter https://www.ukneqash.org/participants/login into your web browser.

Enter Your Details:

• Provide your Lab Code / PRN and Identity in the text boxes.
• Click the “Reset my password” button.

Check Your Email:

• You should see a message indicating that your password reset link has been sent successfully.
• Check your email inbox for the password reset link. If you do not see it within a few minutes, check your junk or spam mail folder.

Method 2: Change Your Password

This method is for users who know their current password and wish to change it.
