• Carefully enter your vehicle registration number to ensure accuracy.

Click on Proceed Button:

• Choose the "Alteration of Vehicle" option from the menu under "Online Services."

Confirmation:

• Click "Yes" in the confirmation box to proceed with the alteration request.

Enter Vehicle Details:

• Input your vehicle’s registration number, chassis number, and mobile number.
• Double-check these details to ensure they are correct before proceeding.

Generate and Enter OTP:

• Click on "Generate OTP" to receive a One-Time Password on your mobile.
• Enter the OTP to verify your mobile number and log in to the portal.

Show Details:

• After entering the OTP, click on "Show Details" to view your vehicle’s current registration details.

Enter Alteration Details:

• Enter the alteration details in the vehicle details section.
• Ensure that the information is accurate to avoid any complications.

Crosscheck and Make Payment:

• Review the owner details, insurance details, and the total amount of fees in the fees panel.
• Click on the "Payment" button to proceed with the payment.
• Crosscheck the payment details and click on "Confirm Payment."

Complete the Payment:

• Tick the checkbox to accept the terms and conditions, and then click on "Continue" to make the online payment.

Final Steps:

• Once payment is successful, a receipt will be generated.
• In case of payment failure or pending status, follow the prompts to either apply again or check the transaction status.
