Start the Application:
- Click on the “Online Application” button.
Read General Instructions:
- Carefully read the “GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS” to avoid mistakes or rejection of your application.
- Confirm that you have read the instructions by clicking the checkbox “I Accept that I have gone through all the instructions” and then click the “Apply” button to proceed.
Select the Correct Post:
- Ensure you are submitting your online application for the correct post.
Enter Personal Information:
- Fields marked with “*” are compulsory.
- Enter your name as it appears in your X Std./SSLC marks card.
- Enter your father’s name as it appears in your X Std./SSLC marks card.
- Select the appropriate gender by selecting the corresponding radio button.
- Enter your date of birth by selecting the day, month, and year as it appears in your X Std./SSLC marks card.
- Select the appropriate category you belong to and mention the certificate number and date.
- Check the required ‘Quota’ under “Reservation” (e.g., Rural, Physically Challenged, Kannada Medium, Displacement, Ex-Serviceman).
- Enter your correct marital status.
- Enter your correct citizenship details.

- Enter your present and permanent address correctly, including door number, street, area, state, district, taluk, and pincode.
- Enter your mobile number and landline number if any.
- Enter a valid email ID.
Employment and Legal Information:
- If you are in the service of the Union of India, State Government, or any undertaking, click “Yes” and submit the service details.
- Enter details of any departmental enquiry if applicable.
- If you are a party to any civil or criminal proceedings in any court, submit the details.
Confirm Information:
- Confirm the information submitted by checking the acceptance clause.
- Click on the “Preview” button to proceed.
- Enter the captcha, confirm the details, and click on “Save & Continue” to proceed further or click “Edit” to modify details. No changes can be made once the ‘Save & Continue’ button is clicked.
Reference Number and OTP:
- Note down the “Reference Number” generated.
- Enter the OTP (One Time Password) received and click on “Submit” to proceed.

- Carefully read the guidelines for qualification details and enter the correct details.
- Click on “ADD” to add education details or “DELETE” to remove them.
