Step 3: Fill Out the Application Form

Complete the application form with the following details:

Company Information:

• Name of the Company
• Address
• Date of Incorporation
• Authorized Contact Person (Name & Address)
• Phone Numbers (with STD Code)
• Mobile Numbers
• Email Addresses

Financial Details:

• Turnover for the last four years
• Profit After Tax for the last three years

Business Type:

• Type of Business (Aluminum Scrap Trader / Melting Furnace or Iron Scrap Trader / Melting Furnace)
• Experience in current business (Number of Years)

Company Status:

• Status of Company (Proprietorship/Pvt Ltd/Ltd)
• Details of Directors/Partners (Name, Address & Phone No.)

Scrap Details:

• Type of Scrap being applied for (Aluminum/Iron/Both)
• Names of Manufacturers from whom scrap is currently bought
• Total value and quantity of scrap purchased in the last two years

Additional Information:

• Invoicing Address for Scrap
• Godown Space (Type and Area with proof)
• Working Capital details (as per balance sheet and sanctioned by banks)
• PAN and GST numbers (Self-Declaration on Company Letterhead)

Step 4: Attach Supporting Documents

Ensure all the necessary supporting documents are attached, including:

• Audited Balance Sheets & Profit & Loss Account for the years 2018-19, 2019-20, and 2020-21.
• Letter from the bank showing sanctioned working capital.
• Copies of current and at least 2-year-old invoices/contracts showing purchase of steel scrap.
• Proof of Godown space (Registration/Conveyance/Lease Deed or Rent Agreement).
• Self-Declaration on Company Letterhead for PAN/GST.
• Signed and stamped Terms & Conditions of Pre-Qualification Tender.
• Company address proof (Electric Bill/Lease Agreement/Landline Telephone Bill).
• Declaration on compliance with legal/safety rules related to scrap handling.
• Any other relevant documents.

Step 5: Submit the Application
