How to Apply for a New License Online with the Haryana Town and Country Planning Department

This guide walks you through the step-by-step process of applying for a new license online using the e-Licence system of the Haryana Town and Country Planning Department.

Before You Begin:

  • Ensure you have a valid email address and mobile number.
  • Prepare scanned copies of all required documents according to the department's guidelines.
  • Have your bank account details ready for online fee payment.

Steps:

Login to your e-Licence Account: Go to the department's website and log in using your registered username and password.

Start a New License Application: On the dashboard, locate the "File New License Application" option and click it.

Step 1: Basic Details and Payment:

  • Enter the type of license you're applying for.
  • Provide the total area of the project. The system will automatically calculate the estimated license fee.
  • Enter 25% of the total license fee amount.
  • Click on "Proceed to Payment" to be redirected to the secure payment gateway.
  • Review the payment details and confirm to proceed.
  • Make the online payment using your preferred method (information on available payment methods might be on the website).

Important Note:

  • Upon successful payment, the system will assign a unique Diary Number to your application.
  • In case of payment failure, only the Diary Number will be assigned, and you won't be able to proceed further until the payment is successful.

Step 2: Applicant and Authorized Contact Details:

  • Enter your PAN number and upload a scanned copy of your PAN card.
  • Provide details of the applicant (individual or company) depending on your selection.
  • If applicable, add details of an authorized contact person.
  • Click "Save" to save your progress.
  • The system will validate the information. Only if everything is valid, will the "Next" button become available.
  • Use the "Back" and "Next" buttons to navigate through the steps.

Step 3: Address Details:

  • Enter the complete correspondence and registered address of the developer.
  • If both addresses are the same, check the "Same as Correspondence Address" option.
  • Click "Save" to save your progress.
  • The system will validate the information. Only if everything is valid, will the "Next" button become available.

Step 4: Individual, Engineer & Architect Details:

  • This step allows adding details for individuals involved (optional), the engineer, and the architect.
  • If applicable, enter details like name, age, Aadhaar ID (with attachment) or PAN number (with attachment) for individual applicants.
  • Engineer details are mandatory for all applications. Provide company name, engineer's name, qualification, and a scanned copy of the qualification certificate.
  • Architect details are optional. If applicable, enter company name, architect's name, qualification, and a scanned copy of the association certificate.
  • Use the "Save," "ViewFile" (to view attachments), and "Remove" buttons to manage the information.

Step 5: Document Attachments:

  • Upload scanned copies of all required documents, such as Aks-sajra plan, title deeds, location guide map plan, survey map, layout plan, etc. Documents marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
  • Click "Save" to save your progress.

Important Note:

  • You will need to submit hard copies of the uploaded documents within 10 days of submitting the online application.

    • Review your application thoroughly for any errors or missing information.
    • Once everything is correct, click the "Submit" button to finalize your application submission.

Congratulations! You have successfully applied for a new license online with the Haryana Town and Country Planning Department.
