4. Applying for a General Trade License:

• Step 1: On the "Online Services" Page, select "General Trade License."
• Step 2: Read all the Important Instructions and Guidelines provided.
• Step 3: If you're searching for a legacy record, use the "Legacy Search" module.
  • If a record is found: If the license is expired, proceed with renewal. If valid, you can amend or surrender the license.
  • If no record is found: Click on "Apply New GTL License" to start a new application.
• Step 4: Fill in all the required information, such as Trade Category, Personal Details, Establishment Details, and more.
• Step 5: Upload all necessary documents.
