How to Access the Employee Performance Monitoring Portal (EPM) - Jammu and Kashmir
To access the Employee Performance Monitoring Portal (EPM) for government employees in Jammu and Kashmir and monitor your monthly work performance, follow these steps:
Step 1: Visit the EPM Portal
- Access the EPM Portal through the official link: https://epm.jk.gov.in/.
Step 2: Register or Login
- If you are a new user:
- Click on "Register / Login".
- Follow the registration process using your CPIS ID (Centralized Personnel Information System ID).
Step 3: Download and Install SANDES App
- Download the SANDES App from the provided link on the portal or from the Google Play Store.
Step 4: Generate OTP and Set Password
- Using the SANDES App:
- Receive an OTP (One-Time Password) on your registered mobile number.
- Create a password based on the OTP received for logging into the EPM Portal.
Step 5: Access Training and Help Resources
- View the Training / How to? section on the portal for detailed instructions.
- Watch the Help Video and read User Instructions to understand the system better.
Step 6: Login and Perform Self-Appraisal
- Log in to the EPM Portal using your registered credentials (CPIS ID and password).
- Perform self-appraisal of your monthly work performance.
