1. Applying for PESO Approval

Step 1: Visit the National Single Window System (NSWS) website (https://www.nsws.gov.in/) and navigate to the Dashboard.

Step 2: Click on 'Apply Now' to access the Approval Form.

Step 3: Fill out the required information and click 'Submit Application' after reviewing your form.

Step 4: After submission, you can track the status of your application on the NSWS website. If your status shows as 'Awaiting Response,' don't panic. Simply refresh the page to get the redirection link to the Ministry Portal.

2. Responding to a Discrepancy Letter

So, you've received a discrepancy letter from PESO. What now? Here's how to respond effectively:

Step 1: Log in to the NSWS Dashboard and select the approval for which you received the discrepancy letter.

Step 2: Click on 'Apply Now' and choose 'Existing Licensee.' Enter your PESO User ID and PESO Dockey Number (Doc No mentioned on the discrepancy letter).

Step 3: Follow the instructions provided to comply or reply to the discrepancy. Make sure to select the appropriate 'Transaction Type' based on the original application.

Step 4: Review your submission and click on 'Submit Application.' You'll be redirected to the PESO Portal to complete the process.
