  • Clicking on "Get Details" displays all requests matching the criteria.
  • The RDO selects the relevant request to view its details.

d. Verification and Action

  • The RDO downloads and verifies all attached documents.

  • Based on the verification, the RDO can either approve or reject the request.

e. Entering DD Details

  • If approved, the RDO enters Demand Draft (DD) details, including DD Number, Amount, Bank Name, and Date.
  • Remarks are added, and the request is signed digitally.
