2. Adequate plastic chairs for the hall and dining area.
3. Kitchen with a separate storeroom.
4. Sufficient cooking utensils and pooja utensils.
5. Gas cylinders available at commercial rates.
6. Supply of metro water.
7. Ample parking space for two-wheelers and four-wheelers.
8. Bus facility available in close proximity to the marriage hall.

Terms and Conditions:

• Allotment timing is from 14:00 hrs on the date of booking to 14:00 hrs the next day.
• Cleaning charges are applicable on the day of allotment.
• The administration is not responsible for any theft or loss of personal belongings.
• Electricity and LPG cylinders used will be charged at commercial rates.
• Prohibited activities include sticking posters, consuming alcoholic drinks/drugs, and playing cards inside the premises.
• The allottee is responsible for any damages or breakages during their occupancy.
• Only the specified function in the application form should be conducted.
• Any violation may lead to forfeiture of security deposit and disciplinary action.
• The allottee must verify facilities well in advance.
• The administration is not liable for power failure or other amenities during the function.
• No security personnel are provided; the allottee should make arrangements.
• Allottees are advised to bring their own locks for safety.
• The diesel generator is available during power failures, with charges applicable.

Allotment Procedure:

• Allotment to employees or their dependents is done four months in advance.
• For outsiders, allotment is three months in advance on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Allotments are made on specific dates, and preference is given to employees.
• Refunds are provided after deductions for utilities and taxes.
• Cancellation charges are applicable based on the timing of cancellation.
