Previous Participation: If your play has been showcased in past BRMs, Theatre Olympics, or any festivals organized by NSD, provide details including the year of participation.
Contact Information: Include your complete address, telephone number, mobile number, email ID, and website (if applicable).
Play Details: Provide the name of your play/solo performance, playwright, translator/adaptor, and director.
Duration: Indicate the running time of the play including intermission. Note that plays with a duration of less than 60 minutes without an interval are not considered.
Language: Specify the language of the play.
Performance History: Mention the month and year of the first and last performance of the play, along with the venues.
Ensure that you attach the following annexures along with your application form:
Annexure 1: Summary of the Play Provide a detailed scene-wise/act-wise summary of the play within 300 words. Include a full script and consent of the playwright if the production is selected.
Annexure 2: Team Members Attach a list of team members including the director, actors, and production members. Mention the number of on-stage and off-stage members, not exceeding 25 in total.
Annexure 3: Additional Write-ups Include brief write-ups (maximum 150 words each) about the group, synopsis of the play, director's note, and resumes of the director, playwright, and translator. If available, attach press reviews of the production.
Annexure 4: Technical Details Attach stage size, ground plan, and light plan of the production. Ensure clarity and completeness.
