GGSIPU 2024 B.Tech Counselling: Revised Reporting Dates & Procedures for Spot Round 01

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) has issued an important notification extending the reporting date after the declaration of the B.Tech Spot Round 01 result for the academic session 2024-25. This revised notice is crucial for all candidates involved in the B.Tech (CET Code 131) and Lateral Entry B.Tech (LE B.Tech CET Code 128) programs, as it outlines the new schedule and mandatory procedures to be followed.

Revised Schedule for Reporting:

The university has extended the reporting dates for candidates who have been allotted seats in the B.Tech Spot Round 01. The updated schedule is as follows:

Reporting of candidates to the allotted Institute/College	10th August 2024 (11:00 AM to 04:00 PM)	11th August 2024 (11:00 AM to 04:00 PM)

Mandatory Reporting of Candidates to the Allotted Institute/College:

All candidates who have been allotted a seat in the Spot Round 01 are required to report to their respective institutes/colleges within the stipulated time frame. Failure to report will result in the cancellation of the allotted seat, and the candidate will have no claim on the previously allotted seat.

Candidates must bring all the necessary documents while reporting to the allotted Institute/College. For more details on the required documents, candidates are advised to refer to the admission brochure for the academic session 2024-25.

Offline Spot Round 02 Counselling:

The university has also announced that the Spot Round 02 counselling for B.Tech (Code 131) and L.E B.Tech (CET Code 128) will be conducted offline in a physical mode. The offline counselling is scheduled for 13th August 2024 and 14th August 2024. Detailed schedules and procedures for Spot Round 02 will be notified separately on 9th August 2024.
