Important Notes

1. Admission Fee: Including the first semester fee, is to be deposited at the time of reporting/admission in the University by all candidates in the form of a demand draft in favor of "Registrar, J.C Bose UST Faridabad" as per the above fee structure for the respective course.
2. Hostel and Mess Charges: The above fee structure does not include hostel and mess charges applicable for hostellers.
3. Fee Refund: If any student withdraws their admission, the fee refund will be made as per HSTES/UGC/AICTE norms. Admission withdrawal/fee refund application in the prescribed format (Annexure-XVII) must be submitted physically in the Academic Branch of the University or through E-Mail at admissionhelp@jcboseust.ac.in.
4. Security Deposit: The security amount deposited by the student is refundable after their passing or leaving the course, subject to submission of 'No Dues Certificate' from all concerned within a period of one & half years of leaving/declaration of result, failing which the security would stand forfeited.
