Expression of Interest (EOI) for Engagement of Block level Community Based Organization for Special Programme for "Promotion of Millets in Tribal Areas of Odisha" (Odisha Millets Mission)

The Department of Agriculture & Farmers’ Empowerment, Government of Odisha, is implementing a Special Programme for the Promotion of Millets in Tribal Areas of Odisha, also known as Odisha Millets Mission. 

The program aims to enhance household nutrition security, promote millet processing enterprises, improve millet cropping systems' productivity, develop millet enterprises, and include millets in state nutrition programs and public distribution systems.

2. Programme Scale: The government has approved the extension of the Odisha Millets Mission to 34 new blocks. This EOI is for the selection of an Implementing Agency under the Odisha Millets Mission.

4. Expression of Interests (EOI): Interested CBOs/FPOs are invited to submit applications for engagement at the block level. Applications must be submitted in sealed envelopes, superscribed as "Application for Engagement of Block level Implementing Agency for Special Programme for Promotion of Millets in Tribal Areas of Odisha," along with the name of the Block and District applied for, as per the enclosed application format. Proposals through email will not be entertained. The last date for receipt of proposals is 15.05.2023 at 1.00 PM, and they will be opened on 16.05.2023 at 11.00 AM.
