The Wildlife Institute of India (WII), an autonomous institution under the Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change, Government of India, is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from reputed architectural firms. This engagement aims to develop comprehensive plans and specifications for various infrastructural needs at the Institute’s campus in Dehradun.

Scope of Work
The selected architect will be required to prepare detailed designs and specifications for the following:

• Concept Plan: Development of an overall concept plan for the Institute's requirements.
• Material Specification: Recommendations for materials to be used.
• Interior Design & Drawing: Design of interiors, including any necessary drawings.
• Service Drawings: Detailed drawings for service installations.
• Cost Estimation: Comprehensive cost estimation for all planned works.
• Walls and Ceilings: Specifications for walls and ceilings.
• Modular Workstation: Design and specification for modular workstations.
• CCTV & Security Systems: Planning for CCTV and security systems.
• Fire Detection: Fire detection system design.
• Central Air Conditioning: Specifications for central air conditioning systems.
• Plumbing and Sanitary Works: Design and specification for plumbing and sanitary works.
• Electrical Work: Electrical system design.
• UPS & IT Server Room: Planning for UPS and IT server room requirements.
• False Ceiling & Ancillary Work: Design and specifications for false ceilings and other ancillary works.
