As of 12 August 2024, the Embassy of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh in Hanoi, Vietnam, has issued detailed guidelines for consular and welfare services to assist Bangladeshi citizens and other applicants. This guide summarizes the services, required documents, fees, and application procedures.

Visa Application Requirements

General Requirements

Original passport valid for at least 6 months with a minimum of 2 blank pages.
Visa Application Form: Available at Visa Application Portal.
Photographs: 2 recent passport-size photos with a white background.
Visa fees are non-refundable, and incomplete applications may be rejected without explanation.

Processing Time

Expected processing time is 5-7 working days upon receipt of complete application.

Postal Delivery

Delivery charges must be paid by the applicant to the agent upon delivery.
Old passport must be shown at the time of receiving the renewed passport.

Additional Notes

For Passport Delivery by Post:
- Provide the delivery address and phone number during application submission.
- Delivery charges are to be paid upon receipt of the documents.
