Colonizers in Haryana: Submitting Compliances Online - A Guide
This guide is for colonizers (developers) in Haryana who need to submit compliances to the Directorate of Town & Country Planning (DTCP). The DTCP has launched a new online application system to streamline the process.
What can be done online?
In the first phase, the online application allows colonizers to:
- Submit compliance for Rules 24, 26, 27, and 28 of the Act (unspecified Act name - likely Haryana Town and Country Planning Act, 1976)
- Upload allottee lists for affordable group housing colonies
- Upload Deed of Declaration, Environmental Clearance Certificate, Fire NOC Certificate, etc.
- (Optional) Upload the latest approved copy of Building and Layout Plan
Future benefits of the online application:
- Two-way communication between the DTCP and colonizers
- Receive updates from the department (EDC/IDC Status, renewal/BG status)
- Submit various structured applications
How to get started?
- Board Resolution: The developer needs to pass a Board Resolution authorizing a person to submit compliances on the online portal.
- Resolution details: The resolution should include:
- Contact details of the authorized person (name, email, mobile number)
- List of licenses for which compliances will be submitted (mention all license numbers in one row)
- Submit the resolution:
- Send a hard copy to the DTCP office by May 13th, 2016 (Note: This date is outdated, check the DTCP website for current deadlines).
- Email a copy to tcphry.egov@gmail.com
Sample Board Resolution format:
The provided sample format in the notice can be used for reference. It includes columns for:
- S.No.
