Mumbai, 16th July 2024 – Cellecor Gadgets Limited, formerly known as Unitel Info Limited and Unitel Info Private Limited, has officially declared the non-applicability of certain corporate governance provisions for the quarter ending on 30th June 2024. Specifically, the exemptions include regulations 17, 17A, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 24A, 25, 26, 27, and several clauses of regulation 46, as well as parts C, D, and E of Schedule V.
