Admission Guidelines
Seat Rent: Each student admitted to the Girls' Hostel is required to pay a seat rent of ₹1000 per month for six months, covering the period from July 2024 to December 2024. The total amount to be paid is ₹6000. Payment must be made online.

Required Documents: At the time of hostel admission, students must submit the following documents:
- Bank Payment Receipt: Proof of payment for the hostel seat rent.
- Final Vaccination Certificate: Certificate showing that the student has received both doses of the required vaccine.
- Aadhaar Card: Original Aadhaar card for verification and a self-attested copy.
- Application Form: Student’s copy of the application form, signed by a teacher, both original and a Xerox copy.
- Declaration Forms: Two filled Declaration Forms - one by the student (Form I) and one by the parent (Form II).
- Affidavits: Two notarized affidavits - one by the student and one by the parent, on Non-Judicial Stamp paper of ₹10 each. (Templates for these affidavits are attached to the notice.)
- Original Residential Certificate: To be submitted at the time of admission (if not previously submitted).
Admission Dates: Enlisted candidates must complete their hostel admission between August 27 and August 30, 2024, during the hours of 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
General Rules for Hostel Boarders
Personal Items: Students are required to bring their own blanket, bed, linen, curtains, water bucket, and mug.
Hostel Conduct:
- No Inter-Hosel Movements: Movement between hostels is strictly prohibited.
- Prohibitions: Cooking and ironing in the rooms are not allowed.
- Attendance: Regular class attendance is mandatory. Hostel authorities will frequently check attendance.
- Guest Policy: No guests are permitted within the hostel premises.
- Cleanliness: Students must maintain cleanliness in their rooms, bathrooms, and corridors.
- Curfew: No student is allowed to leave the hostel after 8:00 PM or stay outside after this time.
- Health: Students with contagious diseases must provide a medical fitness certificate from a government hospital to stay in the hostel.
- Minimum Stay: A minimum stay duration of 75% is required.
- Leave Policy: Students must submit a written application to leave the hostel, specifying the reason.
- Room Lighting: Lights must be turned off during the day and within the rooms by midnight.
Declaration Forms
Form I (To be filled by the student):
- Purpose: Declaration of the student’s willingness to reside in the hostel, adherence to hostel rules, and commitment to health monitoring.
Form II (To be filled by the parent):
- Purpose: Permission for the student to reside in the hostel and acknowledgment of responsibility for the student's well-being.
Undertaking
Students and parents are required to sign an undertaking to prevent ragging, agreeing to adhere to UGC Regulations and laws concerning ragging.
Student’s Undertaking:
- Commitment: Non-involvement in ragging and adherence to college regulations.
Parent’s Undertaking:
