Bharti AXA Life Insurance Sets Record Dates for Upcoming NCD Interest Payments

Mumbai, July 17, 2024 – Bharti AXA Life Insurance Company Limited has announced the record dates for interest payments on two of its Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs). In a letter to the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE), the company stated the following:

• NCD ISIN INE089J08029: The record date for interest payment is August 16, 2024, with payment scheduled for August 30, 2024.
• NCD ISIN INE089J08037: The record date for interest payment is September 12, 2024, with payment scheduled for September 27, 2024.

Investors who hold these NCDs as of the respective record dates will be eligible to receive the interest payments. This announcement is in accordance with Regulation 60(2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
