How to Apply for the One-Month Certificate Course in Safety & Health:

Download the Form: Click on the provided link to download the application form in the prescribed proforma.

Fill in Details: Fill in all the required details in the application form accurately. Ensure that the information provided is correct and matches the supporting documents.

Attach Necessary Documents: Attach self-attested copies of certificates and mark sheets of qualifying examinations, along with experience certificates from employers (if any). Ensure that all attachments are in the specified formats and sizes.

Submit the Application: Send the duly filled application form along with the necessary attachments through Speed post to the designated address: Industrial Safety Division, CENTRAL LABOUR INSTITUTE, Sion, Mumbai 400022.

Payment of Fees: Upon confirmation of seat in the course, deposit the institution fee of Rs. 7,500/- per participant through the Bharatkosh portal. The fee once paid is non-refundable.

Confirmation of Seat: Await communication of confirmation of seat in the course from the Course Coordinator via e-mail.

Hostel Accommodation (Optional): If hostel accommodation is required, indicate the same in the application form. Hostel accommodation is subject to availability and is optional.
