AKG Exim Ltd. Schedules Board Meeting for Q1 2024 Financial Results

AKG Exim Ltd. has announced a Board of Directors meeting set for August 8, 2024, to review and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2024. The meeting will also address key corporate matters, including the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and other governance-related issues.

In compliance with Regulation 29 of SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Regulations, 2015, AKG Exim Ltd. has scheduled its Board meeting to discuss several important matters. This meeting will be held through video conferencing, allowing the Board to conduct essential business while ensuring the safety and convenience of its members.

Key Items on the Agenda

• Financial Results Approval: The primary focus of the meeting will be to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2024. Both standalone and consolidated financial reports will be reviewed, alongside the Limited Review Report.
• Board's Report & Management Discussion: The Board will also consider and approve the Board’s Report and all annexures, including the Management Discussion and Analysis Report for the Financial Year 2023-24.
• Annual General Meeting (AGM): Planning for the 19th AGM will be a key discussion point, including the approval of the AGM Notice and the decision to conduct the meeting through video conferencing (VC) mode.
• E-voting and Member Register: The Board will determine the cut-off date and period for E-voting, as well as the schedule for closing the Register of Members and Share Transfer Register.
• Appointment of Scrutinizer: The Board will appoint a scrutinizer to oversee the E-voting process via postal ballot for the upcoming AGM.

Trading Window Closure

In compliance with SEBI’s Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015, and the company’s Code of Conduct, AKG Exim Ltd. has closed its trading window from July 1, 2024. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results for Q1 2024.
