ACC Limited has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on Monday, July 29, 2024, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2024.
In accordance with the company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company is closed for designated persons and will remain closed until 48 hours after the results are made public on July 29, 2024.
