On 29/07/2017, I went to TITAN SHOWROOM located on 27th Main, Road, HSR Layout, to purchase a Watch and my DEBIT CARD was swiped by the Cashier/Accountant, on HDFC BANK SWIPE MACHINE I received an SMS ALERT ON MY MOBILE as–“POS trans of Rs.10,995 is done on Card XX6273 on 29/07/2017″. A/c Balance is Rs.16,948.05”. The Balance before the transaction was Rs.27,942.05.
The TITAN SHOWROOM was unable to generate the Bill amount of Rs.10,995 nor could the purchase be finalized since the amount was not credited to the HDFC ACCOUNT OF TITAN SHOWROOM.
I kindly request you to help me and get back the amount of Rs.10,995 and credit the same to my above mentioned S.B. A/c.

I have retired from service on October 31st, 2015 and I don’t even get pension. I never asked you a credit card. I never applied for a card. You send a card on your own to an official address which I left long time back. Some body in the building might have collected the card which they forgot to pass it to me. When I have not activated the card, when I have not acknowledged the receipt of the card – how can you keep billing me from April or May 2017 onward posting to my above mail ? Last month I collected the card, destroyed it and sent it by speed post to your address on 06/06/2017. Kindly don’t harass me with your mails and bills and mentally harass a senior citizen like me.

Due to unfortunate demise of my husband Mr N Ramachandra (credit card no. 4373782008092003) we had put in the request to cancel the card on Nov 17 2016. I am however still receiving payment dues, although we had already cleared all the balance.
