Sir,I have a saving and housing loan account with Andhra Bank.Bandra ,west, branch(Mumbai). I had deposited 2 cheques of Rs 1,60,000 and Rs 50,000 on 20.10.2016 in Andhra Bank Palghar branch(Maharashtra). After 3 days I was told on phone by Palghar branch that Bandra branch does not have my KYC so they cannot deposit both cheque to my account and asked me to collect the same and asked me to contact Bandra branch. When I contacted Bandra branch many times different person (staff) talk and every time they say there is no KYC or any other issue. In fact Bandra bank did not receive any mail or communication from Palghar branch regarding my cheques.I requested them for information on my cheque and till today e.i 05.11.2016 why my cheques are not credited to my account.I have also given my A/C no.Mobile no.etc again.

Kindly look in to matter and do the needful.

    Thanks.
